1. Unable to Register for the Annual Meeting? You Need to Log In First
Here’s what to do:
- Go to the website: https://cebra-events.org
- Click “Log In” at the top right corner of the page.
- Enter your email and password.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to:
- Register for the Annual Meeting
- Access the full program
- Update your profile
- View session details and other delegate features

2. Paper Submission Issue: Blank White Screen
If you're seeing a blank white screen, your access may be blocked by a firewall.
Step 1: Are You Using a VPN?
🔹 Resolution: Turn off your VPN and try again.
🔹 If the issue persists, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Check if Your IP Address is Blacklisted
1️⃣ Find your IP address
- Visit WhatIsMyIPAddress to retrieve your IP address (it will look something like 1.2.3.4).
2️⃣ Check if your IP is blacklisted
- Copy your IP address and paste it into MXToolbox Blacklist Check.
- Click "Blacklist Check" to see if your IP is flagged.
3️⃣ If your IP is blacklisted
- Contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for assistance in resolving the issue. You could say something along the lines of: "My IP address appears to be blacklisted, which is preventing me from accessing certain websites. Could you check if this is due to a spam listing, security block, or an automatic filter? I would appreciate any steps you can take to delist my IP or assign me a new one."
Alternative Solutions
✅ Try accessing the website from a different location, such as a friend’s house or a public network.
