How To Use The Site....

Login to the event website

As a new user to the event site and to have access to all functionalities including viewing the full program, you are required to first create an account:  https://cebra-events.org/user/register

If you have an existing account please use the email address you used to register and please avoid setting up accounts with 2 different email addresses.

If you cannot remember the password you created when you logged in for the first time, please click on https://cebra-events.org/retrieve-account

 

Search for a specific presenter/see who is participating

  • An overview of all active participants including their presentation schedules, bio etc. can be found here: https://cebra-events.org/active-participants?e=16229
  • Active participants can also use this page to connect with each other via the direct messaging function.

Search for a specific session by date, title or type

You can easily search for a specific session using the filters when you open the full program: https://cebra-events.org/full-conference-program.

Navigate the “My Account” area

From “My Account”, which can be found on the top right of the website, those with an active role in the annual meeting can add additional information to their profile, including:

·        Profile picture

·        Biography

·        Website URL

·        On Job Market status

·        Latest version of paper, poster and presentation slides (strongly recommended if applicable)

Networking with other delegates:

The little envelope icon in "My Account" links to your inbox for private direct messages. This functionality is available for all active participants.

Network and send direct messages to other delegates

All active participates can send direct messages to other each other here: https://cebra-events.org/active-participants?e=16229 

The recipient is sent an email informing them that they have received a private message from CEBRA Events.

You will also find an envelope icon in the "My Account" section. It will have a red dot on it if there are messages.

 

Build my agenda

Go to Full Conference Program, scroll down the list of sessions and click to “Favourite” the sessions you want to attend.

To view your agenda, please click the star button that appears when you are logged into the platform.

Please note that the option to build your agenda is only actionable when you are logged in.
