I would like to extend a very warm welcome to the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Central Bank Research Association (CEBRA).
Founded in 2015 our Association has been going from strength to strength, and we will continue our mission to:
- Promote policy-relevant research
- Make research more policy relevant
- Foster global interaction between central bank and academic researchers
I am very pleased to announce the 2024 CEBRA Annual Meeting will include three panel discussions featuring a diverse range of esteemed policy makers, in addition to the dinner speech delivered by Dr. Joachim Nagel, President of the Deutsche Bundesbank.
We will also offer six parallel tracks featuring 36 contributed sessions covering a wide variety of policy-relevant topics and providing in-depth analysis by over one hundred speakers and panelists.
I would like to extend my gratitude to our co-organizers: the Deutsche Bundesbank and the Leibniz Institute for Financial Research Sustainable Architecture for Finance in Europe (SAFE) at Goethe University Frankfurt for their excellent support.

As convenient as virtual meetings are, they have also led us to truly value and understand the importance of connecting with others face-to-face. The aim of our in-person event is to create a unique, open and collaborative atmosphere which allows our delegates to communicate, network, listen, learn, and most importantly enjoy!
